Metaland dwells in the enigmatic realm of “near yet far,” a place that resides in our midst while evoking a sense of distance. Its form and countenance are born of longing, an unquenchable yearning for those remote horizons. Yet within its essence, myriad misappropriations and careless juxtapositions abound, intertwined with flights of fancy and projections untamed. It stands as an emblem, forever eluding our grasp, an eternal testament to the perennial state of unattainability.

 

Henceforth, space transcends its mere physicality, for it no longer merely denotes a geographical location, but transforms into an ethereal vantage point, an intangible vista to be contemplated and traversed, as well as a crucible where desires take shape and dreams linger in perpetual allure.

Metaland 屬於那個雖近猶遠之地：就在我們的身邊，卻如同在遠方。她的造形樣貌源自於想望，想望那遙遠之處；然而其中的形象卻有許多錯誤的挪用和不考究，也有許多想像與投射。卻也然象徵著永遠的無法臻至，以及始終的無法成為。

從此，空間不再只是置身的地方，這裡或那裡無關於身於何處。它是不可及的觀看、瀏覽，與被凝視；也是魂牽夢縈的慾望打造之所。
